最近忙着准备CS 模块的咨询顾问认证考，因为关系到升职加薪，于是全心投入了一把。记得上次圣诞年会，首席做演讲， “ Salary is never the most important motivation”--一语惊倒一片。我在心里高呼: “ Ce n’est pas vrais ! ”　我不是雷锋，没有思想追求。真金白银才是工作价值的体现。俗管俗，真实。有人悬赏，有人卖命，谁还在物欲世界中保留纯真情怀 ? 有情饮水饱, 有爱薄衣暖 ? 豆蔻芳龄都不再追捧这样的价值观了吧。今早六点不到就醒了，昏昏沉沉却无法集中睡意，心中默念哈里卤鸭，欧米托福，让我过吧，新年圣诞忘了许愿了，现在补许还来得急吧。考点在ＳＡＰ布鲁塞尔总部，１０点开考，同事九点来接我，一路塞车，挣扎到目的地又找不到车位，迟到五分钟，这是我头一遭考试晚点，急得一身汗。考题比想象中的简单，三个小时完成８０道多选题，最后一个小时一直犹豫要不要按退出键，按了结果立刻揭晓。拗不过好奇心，按捺恐惧，一触定局，我呆愣二秒，开始傻笑，哈哈，我是动感超人 !　也许是表情太夸张古怪，引起监考官不满 : “ 考完的可以出去了 ! ”　 下个月还有其他同事要考CS，总结了考试体会群发。 Bonjour à tous , Since I am the first to participate the CS modules exam, I think it may be useful that I write down some experiences during the exam. First, all of the questions are within the scope of courses. Please read carefully the overview, I remember there are two similar questions from the “test your knowledge” of overview. One is “Which of the following statements are true for service quotations?” on the Page 298. The second is “What are the BOM Item categories the system proposes?” ( Stock , non stock, text…) Second, if you have time, you should also prepare the customer interaction centre and Service Information System. There are 2-3 questions on these two parts. CIC part question is about what it can do (CIC‘s functions). Third, there are questions about the customizing of notification type and service order type. One question about calculate how many calls can be generated from maintenance items. One about calculate available capacity of work center. Fourth, there is no question on solution manager and SAP navigation. I spent two hours to finish the questions, normally there is enough time. Wish everybody good luck!
